Physical collection or digital delivery through a secured SFTP environment. Including microfilm and historical registers.
Digitisation & OCR
Scans are checked, made searchable and converted to durable file formats.
Metadata & validation
Every document receives full metadata following the required standard — such as MDTO — and a SHA-256 checksum.
Delivery to e-depot
You receive a complete SIP package with packing slip, ready for ingest into your e-depot or the National Archives.
